The law requires us to collect your occupation and employer. If self-employed, please enter "Self-Employed" in the "Employer" field. If you are donating for a business or organization, please enter "N/A" in both the "Occupation" and "Employer" fields.

 

If donating as an individual, please leave the "Company/Organization" field empty.
